General Terms and Conditions

1. General

The General Terms and Conditions apply to sales by OmicroNet Bt. (also theedum.com). Deviating terms and conditions of the buyer are only valid if we have agreed to them in writing or in writing. By clicking on the checkbox in the shopping cart before placing the order "I have read and accepted the terms and conditions", the buyer agrees to these terms and conditions and is bound by them. By purchasing the licence.

Our range of offers is non-binding and subject to change. An order placed by a customer with full legal capacity (persons aged 18 or over) constitutes an offer to conclude a purchase contract. The subsequent confirmation of receipt of the order sent by us does not constitute acceptance of the offer. The purchase contract is only concluded as soon as we send the customer the order confirmation.

If offers are submitted to us, the party submitting the offer shall be bound by it for a reasonable period, but at least 4 days from receipt of the offer.

The customer is obliged to provide truthful and complete information on the order form. Damages resulting from incorrect information provided by the customer shall be compensate the customer. Our company does not carry out all the services offered itself and therefore reserves the right to have orders carried out by qualified third parties.


2. Order process, order correction, order cancellation

The contract between the customer and theedum.com is concluded as follows:

2.1. Before you buy licence, you need to create a customer account.

2.1.1. Registration starts with your e-mail validation. After you set your e-mail address, you receive a confirmation link, where you can continue account registration.

2.1.2. After you set your password, name and preferred language, you need to read, understand, agree and accept the Privacy Policy, before hit „Next” button.

2.1.3. Finally you set your invoicing data, then registration process ends. You can change your billing information at any time after logging in.

2.2. On home screen you find the „Buy Licence” button, where you, as the customer, select the desired product licence as clicking on the “Select” button.

2.3. Then you can review the product licence and conditions without obligation and if you do not want purchase licence, you can leave the „Licence purchase” page.

2.4. After selected the product licence, you can review the invoicing data, selected licence, Refer & Earn discounts and this is where you can apply extra discount if you set „Promocode or Referrer id”.

2.5. Before you go forward, check your order again and the data you have entered here. After reviewing and agreeing to our terms and conditions and privacy policy, check the “I have read and accepted the terms and conditions” and the “Agree that this order is subject to payment” adjacent boxes and send your order to us as a contract offer by clicking the “Buy” button next to the desired payment method.

2.6. The contract is finally concluded with our explicit acceptance via confirmation e-mail and an issued invoice. The product licence will be available when the invoiced amount is credited to our bank account.

2.7. The customer can modify, correct or cancel order before the licence activation via e-mail to contact@theedum.com.


3. Contract language

The content of the contract, all other information, customer service, data information and complaint handling are offered in english throughout.


4. Prices

We shall commence the service after receipt of payment from the customer in the amount agreed prior to conclusion of the contract. Invoicing and payment is available in CHF, CZK, DKK, EUR, GBP, HUF, NOK, PLN, RON, SEK, USD according you have set in your invoicing data.

The final price include or exclude the statutory value added tax as the European Council directive 2006/112/EC of 28 November 2006 on the common system of value added tax rules.

The prices are valid at the time of the order excluding VAT. These can be seen in the shopping cart before the contract is concluded and then in the order confirmation sent to the customer.


5. Right of revocation/right of withdrawal/cancellation conditions

Customers have no right of withdrawal after licence activation.


6. Payment

We accept the following payment methods:

- Bank transfer

In the case of payment by bank transfer, the customer must make the payment within one week of receiving the order confirmation.


7. Default of payment

If product licences are not paid within one week, the customer will receive a reminder by e-mail. If the customer does not pay within one week after this first reminder, a second and final reminder will be sent by e-mail. If the invoice is not paid within four days, we will cancel the invoice and the customer will receive a confirmation of cancellation by e-mail.


8. Copyright

All news, graphics and the design of the OmicroNet Bt. (theedum.com) website are exclusively for the personal information of our customers. Use is at your own risk. All data on this website is protected. Reproduction, copying and printing of the entire website is only permitted for the purpose of placing an order with our company. Any further processing, duplication, distribution and/or public reproduction exceeds the usual use and constitutes a violation of copyright law.


9. Miscellaneous

The invalidity, nullity or annulment of individual provisions shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions of these General Terms and Conditions.

Recourse claims within the meaning of the Product Liability Act are excluded, unless the party entitled to recourse proves that the defect was caused in our sphere and was at least due to gross negligence.

The contractual partner waives the possibility of offsetting. However, this does not apply to consumers.

We recommend that declarations, notifications, etc. addressed to us - with the exception of notifications of defects - be sent to us in writing.

The place of performance for all transactions is our company location.

The warranty shall be governed by the statutory provisions.

For any legal disputes arising from the contract, the mandatory consumer law provisions at the consumer's place of residence shall also apply to the contractual relationship.
